Hello, My name is Jancis Shepherd, Senior Lecturer in Midwifery. I am interested in all aspects of midwifery practice but particularly in normal midwifery. My special interests are Infant Feeding and Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction. I am currently responsible for year one of the pre registration Advanced Diploma/B Sc (Hons) Midwifery programme and module leader for the Infant Feeding Module, which is accessed by a variety of health care professional, including midwives, health visitors, nursery nurses and maternity care assistants. My link area for practice is the Royal Berkshire Hospital. I have three girls who manage to successfully occupy my time when I am not at work. I look forward to meeting you.
