Accreditation of prior learning (APL) Accreditation of prior experiential learning (APEL)

We may be able to give you credit for any learning you have undertaken before applying to the University, whether this is through certification, life and work experience, or through study, that has not been formerly attested through any educational or professional certificate. The university's formal procedure for making this assessment is known as APL or APEL. It can be applied in cases where students don't meet the academic entry requirements to the Diploma programme and also in cases where students wish to apply for module exemptions from their programme of study.
